У статті показано вплив загроз на формування європейської системи колективної безпеки, а також їхній безпосередній вплив на нинішні зміни у безпековому та геополітичному середовищах. Зазначається, що сучасні зовнішні загрози виникали на межі кінця 1980-х – початку 1990-х років, а деякі з них продовжують формуватися та зміцнюватися й сьогодні. The article shows the impact of threats on the formation of the European system of collective security, as well as their direct impact on current changes in the security and geopolitical environment. It is noted that modern external threats arose at the turn of the late 1980s - early 1990s, and some of them continue to form and strengthen today.
