Оцінювання інноваційної активності країн Прибалтики, Казахстану та України на основі показників та рейтингів

Abstract

В подразделе монографии осуществлен анализ позиций Эстонии, Латвии, Литвы, Казахстана в рейтингах инновационной активности для использования опыта этих стран в реалиях развития экономики Украины. Исследованы особенности внедрения инноваций в разных странах. Выделены основные проблемы, препятствующие развитию инновационного бизнеса в Украине. Даны рекомендации Украине для повышения национального инновационного потенциала. The authors analyze the positions of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan in the ratings of innovation activity to use the experience of these countries in the realities of the economic development of Ukraine. Peculiarities of innovation implementation in different countries are studied. The main problems that hinder the development of innovative businesses in Ukraine are highlighted. Recommendations for Ukraine to increase national innovation potential are given.
