Abstract

У кваліфікаційної роботі наведені: – методика профілювання просторових лопаток робочих коліс турбокомпресорів; – визначення параметрів, необхідних для розрахунку компресора; – варіантний розрахунок компресора; – розрахунок робочих коліс, збірної камери, ущільнення; – розрахунок на міцність основного диска робочого колеса. У розділі охорони праці виконаний аналіз небезпечних і шкідливих факторів , що вони мають місце гри експлуатації обладнання. В квалификационной работе приведены: - методика профилирования пространственных лопаток рабочих колес турбокомпрессоров; - определение параметров, необходимых для расчета компрессора; - вариантный расчет компрессора; - расчет рабочих колес, сборной камеры, уплотнения; - расчет на прочность основного диска рабочего колеса. В разделе охраны труда выполнен анализ опасных и вредных факторов, они имеют место игры эксплуатации оборудования. In the qualification work are given: - a technique for profiling spatial blades of impellers of turbocompressors; - determination of the parameters necessary for calculating the compressor; - variant calculation of the compressor; - calculation of impellers, prefabricated chamber, seals; - calculation of the strength of the main disk of the impeller. In the section of labor protection, an analysis of hazardous and harmful factors is carried out, they take place games of equipment operation.
