Модернізація міжнародно-правового режиму судноплавства в дельті Дунаю

Abstract

В статті розглядаються шляхи вдосконалення міжнародно-правового регулювання навігаційного використання Нижнього Дунаю в межах річкової дельти. Автор досліджує проблематику питання під кутом зору перегляду Бєлградської конвенції 1948 р. та переосмислення засад інституційного співробітництва пригирлових держав. The ways of improving of international-legal regulation of navigational usage of the Danube within the delta are analyzed in the article. The author explores the problem at an angle of revision the Belgrade Convention of 1948 and of rethinking the fundamentals of institutional cooperation between the river mouth states.
