Наголошується на тому, що вказана тематика є вкрай актуальною у нинішній складній політико-правовій обстановці та умовах розвитку і зростання ролі інформаційно-комунікативних технологій, а також активного перебігу глобалізаційних процесів. The article is devoted to the study of the importance of the activities of local general courts to protect the rights of citizens in the context of combating economic crime as a threat to the financial stability of Ukraine. It is emphasized that this topic is extremely relevant in the current complex political and legal environment and the conditions of development and growth of the role of information and communication technologies, as well as the active course of globalization processes.
