Вплив аномалій плацентації на частоту виникнення перинатальної патології

Abstract

Аномальне розташування плаценти (АРП) є одною із головних причин порушень функціонування матково-плацентарного комплексу (МПК) та розвитку перинатальної патології. Вчасна діагностика та профілактика перинатальної патології є одним з ключових завдань акушерства на сучасному етапі. Дані літератури свідчать, що АРП зустрічається при доношеній вагітності в 0,5%, проте на більш ранніх термінах вагітності частота цієї патології вища. АРП є однією з причин розвитку передчасного відшарування плаценти, невиношування вагітності, плацентарної дисфункції і аномалій пологової діяльності.
