Однією із складових кримінального судочинства є інститут слідчого судді. Він введений у кримінальний процес нашої держави відносно нещодавно, проте за роки свого існування уже має певні здобутки. Інститут слідчого судді є новацією в Україні та всьому пострадянському просторі. Незважаючи не те, що вище згаданий суб’єкт введено у кримінальний процес України нещодавно, порівняно з іншими суб’єктами , проте він відіграє вагому роль. One of the components of criminal proceedings is the institution of an investigating judge. It was introduced into the criminal process of our state relatively recently, but over the years of its existence it has already made some achievements. The institution of the investigating judge is a novelty in Ukraine and throughout the post-Soviet space. Despite the fact that the above-mentioned subject was introduced into the criminal process of Ukraine recently, compared to other subjects, it plays an important role.
