Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні основи мотивації та задоволеності персоналу. Проведено аналіз системи управління мотивацією та задоволеністю персоналу ТОВ «Райз Північ» та виявлено недоліки існуючої системи управління мотивацією та задоволеністю персоналу ТОВ «Райз Північ». У результаті проведеного аналізу, автором було встановлено, що на даному етапі, на ТОВ «Райз Північ» система управління мотивацією персоналу є досить стандартною і може бути значною мірою покращена. Автором даної класифікаційної роботи було розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи управління мотивацією та задоволеністю персоналу ТОВ «Райз Північ». The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of staff motivation and satisfaction. The analysis of the motivation and satisfaction management system of the personnel of "Rise Pivnich" LLC was carried out and the shortcomings of the existing system of management of motivation and satisfaction of the personnel of "Rise Pivnich" LLC were revealed. As a result of the analysis, the author found that at this stage, at Rise North LLC, the personnel motivation management system is quite standard and can be significantly improved. The author of this classification work developed proposals for improving the management system of motivation and satisfaction of the personnel of "Rise Pivnich" LLC.
