Інтеграційні процеси між банками та іншими фінансовими структурами

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості консолідації банківського капіталу та інтеграційних процесів за участю банків, представлено основні відмінності між поняттями «консолідація» та «інтеграція». Узагальнено типи інтеграційних об’єднань між банками та іншими фінансовими структурами, виокремлено позитивні та негативні сторони їх утворення. In the paper consolidation and integration processes in the banking system with the participation of banks are researched. The main differences between the concepts of «consolidation» and «integration» are provided. Particularly, consolidation is mainly the merger of banks` capitals and integration is mainly the amalgamation of financial resources, mutually beneficial circumstances to do business, coordination of joint actions etc. The author researched main types of integration with the participation of banks: with insurance companies, co-investment companies and bank`s participation in financial and industrial groups. The main peculiarities of different types of integration with the participation of banks, their advantages and disadvantages are determined.
