Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі оптимізації емоційних станів у студентів педагогічного вузу методами тілесно-орієнтованої терапії. Пропонується комплекс тілесно-орієнтованих вправ, аналізується ефектівность його використання. The article deals with optimization of the emotional states of students of pedagogical high school methods of body-oriented therapy. Proposed a set of body-oriented exercises efektivnost analyzed using it.
