Abstract

Стаття присвячена тлумаченню поняття корпоративної культури як ефективно діючого елементу системи мотивації на підприємстві. У даній роботі детально розглянуто підходи щодо визначення системи цінностей, на яких повинна ґрунтуватися корпоративна культура, а також наведено алгоритм її впровадження на підприємстві, починаючи від аналізу внутрішнього стану останнього та закінчуючи підтримкою високого рівня моделі корпоративної культури. В данной работе подробно рассмотрены подходы к определению системы ценностей, на которых должна основываться корпоративная культура, а также приведен алгоритм ее внедрения на предприятии, начиная от анализа внутреннего состояния последнего и заканчивая поддержкой высокого уровня модели корпоративной культуры. This work examines thoroughly the approach determination of value paradigms, which should be the basis of corporate culture. We also study herein the algorithm of culture implementation in the company starting from the analysis of internal condition of the company up to the maintaining of high level of the corporate culture.
