Abstract

El comercio electrónico se ha convertido en una herramienta muy importante para las empresas, así las cosas, la facilidad en el acceso a internet y la comodidad para comprar desde casa son fundamentales para los consumidores actualmente, de igual manera, la expansión de los mercados en un mundo globalizado crea oportunidades para los negocios, optimizando procesos, disminución de tiempos de entrega, facilidad y oportunidad de compra, mejor calidad del servicio, control de inventarios y pedidos en línea todo esto en el ecosistema del e-commerce. Otro aspecto importante a mencionar, es el uso de plataformas digitales (marketplace), que convierten la gestión de comercialización de las compañías convirtiéndolo en un proceso más sencillo, accesible, estratégico y funcional transformándolo en un verdadero proceso BTC. Enmarcados en este contexto, y a la luz de las operaciones de la Tienda 306 se hace indispensable diseñar y operacionalizar una matriz de importaciones que se pueda integrar sustantivamente a su gestión de comercio electrónico.
