Los clubes de lectura de Barcelona: una experiencia para el fomento de la lectura y del diálogo

Abstract

Una de las actividades de promoción y dinamización de la lectura de las bibliotecas públicas de Barcelona más solicitadas son los clubes de lectura. Desde su inicio en 1998 se ha pasado de seis grupos a treinta y cinco, un crecimiento que se ha visto reforzado con la creación de clubes especializados en distintos géneros literarios o idiomas. La colaboración, además, con redes de clubes de lectura de otros países, la participación en festivales literarios y la colaboración en otros foros relacionados con la lectura, consolidan esta propuesta de fomento de la lectura entre todos los segmentos de población.
