Моделювання числовими методами ефективної маси носіїв заряду кремнію

Abstract

Енергетичний спектр кремнію розраховано методом змішаного базису. Значення ефективної маси в кремнії отримано з використанням поліномів Лагранжа та сплайнфункцій і одержані результати добре узгоджуються з експериментальними даними. The energy band spectrum has been calculated on the mixed basis. The effective mass obtained using Lagrange polynomials and spline functions and shows the good agreement with experiment in case of crystals silicon.
