Abstract

У статті окреслено специфічні риси сучасної політичної еліти, розглянуто основні проблеми їхньої діяльності у державі та на основі цього запропоновано основні шляхи вдосконалення процесу роботи політичної еліти з метою покращення соціальноекономічного розвитку держави та суспільства загалом. The article outlines the specific features of the current political elite, discusses the main problems of its activity in the state and on that basis offers the basic ways to improve the process of work of the political elite in order to improve the socio-economic development of the state and society as a whole. В статье обозначены специфические черты современной политической элиты, рассмотрены основные проблемы ех деятельности в государстве и на основе этого предложены основные пути совершенствования процесса работы политической элиты с целью улучшения социальноэкономического развития государства и общества в целом.
