Abstract

The cooperation of states in the social sphere is understood as the relationship of public organizations and/or state systems of two or more states in the implementation of programs that have social dimension. In the framework of Belarusian-Russian relations, such a cooperation is facilitated due to existence of the Union State, which administrative and bureaucratic bodies were drawn up in the optics of interstate cooperation. The article analyzes the main stages of the formation and development of the Belarusian-Russian cooperation in the social sphere, gives a forecast for the future development of the social policy of the two states
