Abstract

The problem of assessing driving experience is considered: assessment after time from the moment of obtaining a driver's license in the territory of the Russian Federation. The current seniority assessment system leads to increased accidents and unfair costs. The article analyzes the current methods of assessing the professionalism of drivers. An analogue of the tachograph is proposed, as a result, improving road safety, reducing costs, and a qualitative assessment of professionalism

Рассмотрена проблема оценки водительского стажа: оценка через время с момента получения водительского удостоверения на территории Российской Федерации. Текущая система оценки стажа приводит к повышенной аварийности и несправедливым расходам. В статье проанализированы действующие методы оценивания профессионализма водителей. Предложен аналог тахографу, как следствие, повышение безопасности на дорогах, уменьшение расходов, качественная оценка профессионализма
