The content of endogenous free and conjugated polyamines and phytohormones in leaves and roots of Phaseolus vulgaris L. seedlings under salinity is studied. Responses of the hormonal complex and the polyamines pool depend on the salt concentration and are different in two organs. Relations between endogenous phytohormones and polyamines under salt stress are discussed.
