The ontogenesis changes of the epigenome of Linum usitatissimum are investigated. This object was subjected to the action of different irradiation doses. Methylation status was determined by methylsensitive PCR. The study found the increasing dependence on the dose of methylation, and the epigenetic changes during the aging leaves of Linum usitatissimum are established.
