The article analyzes scholarly works that highlight the research on manor residential buildings located on the territory of the Museum of folk architecture and life of the Central Dnieper region, part of the National historical and ethnographic reserve «Pereiaslav». The main focus is on objects included in the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine and granted the status of immovable monuments of local significance. The aim of the study is to summarize and classify publications that address this issue. Methodological basis. The research employs general scientific and historical methods based on principles of objectivity, systematics, a comprehensive approach, and historicism. This allowed for the development of an analytical system and the identification of key trends in the study of manorial residential buildings of 1954–2024. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the assessment of the level of scholarly attention given to the mentioned objects, based on a critical analysis of literature produced during the defined chronological period. Conclusions. The historiographical analysis of scientific sources shows that during the Soviet period (1954–1991), there were no specialized works dedicated to the study of this group of monuments. In the modern period (1991–2024), only a small number of publications focusing on these objects have appeared. This indicates a lack of substantial scholarly interest in them. However, these buildings are mentioned in numerous scientific works of various fields, which can be explained by their significance in the context of the formation of the collection of manorial residential buildings of the Museum of folk architecture and life of Central Right Bank Ukraine and its thematic museums.

У статті проаналізовано наукові праці, що висвітлюють питання дослідження поміщицьких споруд житлового призначення, розташованих на території Музею народної архітектури та побуту Середньої Наддніпрянщини Національного історико-етнографічного заповідника «Переяслав». Основний акцент зроблено на об’єктах, які внесені до Державного реєстру нерухомих пам’яток України та мають статус нерухомих пам’яток України місцевого значення. Метою дослідження є узагальнення та класифікація публікацій, що розглядають цю проблематику. Методологічна основа: у розвідці використано загальнонаукові та історичні методи, базовані на принципах об’єктивності, системності, комплексного підходу та історизму. Завдяки цьому вдалося вибудувати систему аналізу та визначити основні тенденції дослідження житлових споруд у 1954–2024 рр. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в оцінці рівня наукового опрацювання згаданих об’єктів, здійсненого на основі критичного аналізу літератури визначеного хронологічного проміжку. Висновки. Історіографічний аналіз наукових джерел показав, що в радянський період (1954–1991) не існувало спеціалізованих праць, присвячених вивченню цієї групи пам’яток. У сучасний період (1991–2024) з’явилася невелика кількість публікацій, увага яких сфокусована на цих об’єктах. Це вказує на відсутність ґрунтовного наукового інтересу до них. Однак ці будівлі згадуються в численних наукових роботах різних напрямів, що можна пояснити їхнім значенням у контексті формування колекції житлових споруд Музею народної архітектури та побуту Середньої Наддніпрянщини та його тематичних музеїв.
