Inter- and intraspecific ??gamma??-hybrids in Nicctiana were obtained with dose usage 10???1000 Gy. Cytological and molecularbiological analysises of 60 hybrid lines showed, that polyploid ??gamma??-hybrids, containing one irradiated donor genome per two, three intact recipient ones, have selective advantages. 75???96 % donor chromosomes didn't preserve in fusion products after treatment with 1000 Gy.
