Abstract

La relación entre las condiciones laborales y la salud mental de las mujeres es un tema crítico, especialmente en el contexto actual de la pandemia de la COVID-19. Las mujeres a menudo se encuentran en una posición de vulnerabilidad en el mercado laboral, experimentando precariedad y desigualdad en sus condiciones de trabajo, lo que puede afectar significativamente a su salud mental. La pandemia ha acentuado estas condiciones precarias, poniendo de manifiesto los desafíos por equilibrar las responsabilidades laborales con otros ámbitos de la vida, aumentando el estrés, la ansiedad y otros problemas de salud mental entre las mujeres trabajadoras.

La relació entre les condicions laborals i la salut mental de les dones és un tema crític, especialment en el context actual de la pandèmia de la COVID-19. Les dones sovint es troben en una posició de vulnerabilitat en el mercat laboral, experimentant precarietat i desigualtat en les seves condicions de treball, la qual cosa pot afectar significativament la seva salut mental. La pandèmia ha accentuat aquestes condicions precàries, posant de manifest els desafiaments per equilibrar les responsabilitats laborals amb altres àmbits de la vida, augmentant l'estrès, l'ansietat i altres problemes de salut mental entre les dones treballadores.

The relationship between working conditions and women's mental health is a critical issue, especially in the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Women are often in a vulnerable position in the labor market, experiencing precariousness and inequality in their working conditions, which can significantly affect their mental health. The pandemic has accentuated these precarious conditions, highlighting the challenges of balancing work responsibilities with other areas of life, increasing stress, anxiety and other mental health issues among working women.
