The purpose of the study is to investigate the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for organisational support for the implementation of information systems at enterprises and the use of information technology in the activities of an IT enterprise. The first section highlights the essence, principles and organisational features of information systems implementation. The second section analyses the information support of management activities and organisational aspects of information system implementation on the example of Ukrainian Information Technologies LLC. The third section is devoted to improvement of organisational support of IS functioning, in particular, development of the strategy of introduction of new technologies and organisational and methodological recommendations. The results of the study can be used to improve the efficiency of enterprise management by optimising the processes of implementation and functioning of information systems.

Метою роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних засад і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо організаційного забезпечення впровадження інформаційних систем на підприємствах та використанні інформаційних технологій в діяльності підприємства ІТ сфери. У першому розділі висвітлено сутність, принципи та організаційні особливості впровадження інформаційних систем. У другому розділі на прикладі ТОВ «Українські інформаційні технології» проаналізовано інформаційне забезпечення управлінської діяльності та організаційні аспекти впровадження інформаційної системи. Третій розділ присвячено вдосконаленню організаційного забезпечення функціонування ІС, зокрема розробці стратегії впровадження новітніх технологій та організаційно-методичних рекомендацій. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності управління підприємствами шляхом оптимізації процесів впровадження та функціонування інформаційних систем.
