Вплив політико-управлінської еліти на інституційні зміни в державі
У кваліфікаційній роботі зроблено аналіз підходів до визначення політико-управлінської еліти, а також автором запропоновано власне визначення політико-управлінської еліти. Описана проблематика розвитку української політичної еліти, а також етапи трансформації політико-управлінської еліти. Інституційні зміни в державі з часу проголошення незалежності України до сьогодення розглянуті у взаємозв’язку з процесом трансформації політико-управлінської еліти. Визначений вплив політико-управлінської еліти на інституційні зміни в державі. Надані рекомендації щодо поліпшення подальшого функціонування політико-управлінської еліти.
The scientific work is devoted to the problems of the development of the Ukrainian political elite are described, as well as the stages of transformation of the political-management elite. The institutional changes and the transformation of the political-management elite is seen as a total process. The influence of the political and managerial elite on institutional changes in the state is determined. The author provided recommendations for improving the further functioning of the political and managerial elite.
