Abstract

Систематизированы литературные данные по тепло- и температуропроводности воды, чистых криопротекторов и их водных растворов. Построены эмпирические полиномиальные уравнения для расчета тепло- и температуропроводности воды, чистых криопротекторов и их водных растворов в зависимости от температуры. Для водных растворов некоторых криопротекторов получены эмпирические полиномиальные уравнения в зависимости от температуры при фиксированных концентрациях или от концентрации при фиксированных температурах. Систематизовано літературні дані по тепло- і температуропровідності води, чистих кріопротекторів та їх водних розчинів. Побудовано емпіричні поліноміальні рівняння для розрахунку тепло- і температуропровідності води, чистих кріопротекторів і їх водних розчинів в залежності від температури. Для водних розчинів кріопротекторів отримано емпіричні поліноміальні рівняння в залежності від температури при фіксованих концентраціях або від концентрації при фіксованих температурах. The literature data for thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity values of water, pure cryoprotective agents and their aqueous solutions are summarized. The empirical polynomial equations for calculation of thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of water, pure cryoprotective agents and their aqueous solutions depending on temperature are derived. The empirical polynomial equations for aqueous solutions of some cryoprotective agents depending on temperature under fixed concentrations or concentration under fixed temperatures are derived.
