Abstract

Систематизированы литературные данные по значениям плотности, кинематической вязкости и поверхностному натяжению воды, чистых криопротекторов, их водных растворов и смесей. Построены эмпирические полиномиальные уравнения для расчета плотности, кинематической вязкости и поверхностного натяжения воды и чистых криопротекторов в зависимости от температуры. Получены коэффициенты полиномов для этих уравнений. Систематизовано літературні дані по значенням щільності, кінематичної в'язкості та поверхневого натягу води, чистих кріопротекторів, їх водних розчинів і сумішей. Побудовано емпіричні поліноміальні рівняння для розрахунку щільності, кінематичної в'язкості і поверхневого натягу води і чистих кріопротекторів в залежності від температури. Отримано коефіцієнти поліномів для цих рівнянь. The literature data for density, kinematic viscosity and surface tension values, pure cryoprotective agents, their solution and mixtures are summarized. The empiric polynomial equations for calculation of density, kinematic viscosity and surface tension of water, pure cryoprotective agents, their aqueous solutions and mixtures depending on temperature and concentration are derived.
