The paper discusses the specifics of the social environment in which children with disabilities grow up, by pointing out various obstacles that prevent unhindered development and actualization of potentials. The consequences for the development of the personality of these children and their functioning are seen through the prism of various negative influences within the wider social community, family and school.
В данной статье рассматривается специфика социальной среды, в которой растут дети с нарушениями в развитии, с акцентом на различные барьеры, мешающие беспрепятственному развитию и реализации их потенциала. Последствия на развитие личности этих детей и их функционирование рассматриваются сквозь призму различных видов негативного влияния в рамках семьи, школы и социума в целом.
