DIGITALISASI LAYANAN JASA BENGKEL MELALUI RANCANGAN APLIKASI MOBILE : STUDI KASUS PADA UMKM BENGKEL KONVENSIONAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi aplikasi MR Jasa Service sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan bengkel. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking melalui lima tahap: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Tahap Empathize menemukan masalah utama berupa antrean panjang, komunikasi tidak efektif, pencatatan riwayat servis yang manual, serta keterbatasan metode pembayaran. Pada tahap Define diidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem pencatatan digital, fitur notifikasi, dan pemesanan layanan. Tahap Ideate menghasilkan konsep aplikasi dengan fitur pemesanan, riwayat servis, notifikasi biaya, dan pembayaran daring. Prototipe aplikasi dirancang menggunakan Figma untuk menghasilkan antarmuka yang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Tahap Test dilakukan melalui evaluasi System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 10 pernyataan skala Likert. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan skor rata-rata 82,5, termasuk kategori “Excellent Usability”, yang menandakan aplikasi mudah digunakan dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.
