Этапы цифровой трансформации государственного управления в России

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные этапы цифровой трансформации государственного управления в России, начиная с первых попыток внедрения информационных технологий в 1990-х годах и заканчивая современными инициативами. Описывается влияние таких инициатив на общественные отношения, а также ключевые проблемы и вызовы, с которыми сталкивается российская система государственного управления на пути цифровизации. Авторы используют эмпирический, статистический, аналитический методы исследования, работа отражает актуальные проблемы, связанные с процессом цифровизации государственного управления и пути их решения.
