Отказы тормозного оборудования в среде «Человек – поезд – технология – среда»

Abstract

В данной статье представлены причины отказов тормозного оборудования. Управляемость и надежность в различных условиях эксплуатации, обеспечение плавности торможения, своевременная остановка поезда при разъединении и разрыве тормозной магистрали и при открытии стоп-крана – главные критерии работоспособности автоматических и электропневматических тормозов подвижного состава. Данные критерии должны соответствовать установленным нормам и правилам эксплуатации тормозного оборудования. Несмотря на то, что перед его отправлением выполняется целый комплекс проверок, охватывающий практически каждый тормозной прибор на подвижном составе существует нерешенный вопрос отказов тормозного оборудования поездов. Нарушения возникают в системе «человек – поезд – технология – среда» в большинстве случаев по вине человека.
