Особенности построения систем технического регулирования в различных странах

Abstract

В данной статье авторами ставится задача рассмотреть сложившиеся в зарубежных странах модели технического регулирования. Проанализированы характерные особенности систем технического регулирования в США, Японии и странах Европейского союза. Выявлена нормативная база технического регулирования и степень активности государства, присущая каждой модели. Установлена ориентированность нашего государства на одну из существующих систем технического регулирования.
