Abstract

В статье рассмотрены структурные элементы корпоративной культуры. Представлены и описаны основные факторы, влияющие на формирование и структурирование корпоративной культуры. Рассмотрен процесс внешней и внутренней адаптации персонала. Определены основные проблемы адаптации персонала входе построения корпоративной культуры. Выявлены особенности корпоративной культуры в целом. Определено воздействие внешней среды на внутреннюю политику организации и ее влияние на повышение эффективности.
