Abstract

Functional requirements for buildings are a set of mandatory conditions and characteristics that must be taken into account when designing and constructing a building in order to ensure its proper functioning and compliance with the needs of users. These requirements determine the functional purpose of the building, its planning solution, engineering communications, safety, ergonomics and other aspects necessary for the comfortable and safe use of the building.
