Abstract

В данной статье автором на основе исследований работ ведущих экономистов в области управления добавленной стоимостью компаний определены основные составляющие интеллектуального капитала коммерческого банка и дана их характеристика. В современных условиях развития коммерческих банков определяющим становится ориентация на нематериальные составляющие стоимости банка, в основу которых может быть положен «интеллектуальный капитал». Именно интеллектуальный капитал позволяет коммерческим банкам выявить скрытые возможности и выстроить цепочки роста его стоимости.
