Особенности личностного потенциала на разных этапах личностно-профессионального становления

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются результаты исследования личностного потенциала лиц, находящихся на разных этапах личностно-профессионального становления (этап профессиональной подготовки, этап профессиональной адаптации, в том числе в ситуации ненормативного кризиса профессионального становления, ситуации вынужденной «незанятости», – ситуация безработицы). Личностный потенциал рассматривается в качестве сложно организованной системы параметров, которые позволяют сохранять личности стабильность ценностно-смысловых ориентаций и эффективность деятельности на фоне постоянно изменяющихся условий и действия различных факторов. Выявлено, что этап профессиональной подготовки характеризуется повышенной сосредоточенностью на собственных переживаниях и некоторым «уходом» от реальной действительности, что отражает наличие более высокой рефлексивности у студентов. Отдельные параметры личностного потенциала (жизнестойкость, самодетерминация, самоорганизация, рефлексивность) актуализируются в ситуации вынужденной «незанятости», являясь ресурсом преодоления ненормативного кризиса личностно-профессионального становления и адаптации к текущей жизненной ситуации.

The paper describes the results of study persomal potential of individuals at different stages of personal and professional development. Personal potential is seen as a difficult organized system of parameters that allow the individual to maintain the stability of the value-semantic orientations and performance against the backdrop of ever-changing conditions and various factors.
