Abstract

В статье обозначены некоторые проблемы современной системы высшего профессионального образования; обоснована необходимость получения студентами на этапе обучения в вузе дополнительной профессиональной подготовки; обозначены преимущества студентов, прошедших подготовку по программам дополнительного образования на примере курса «Тренинг-менеджмент (методическая подготовка бизнес-тренеров)».
