Abstract

В статье исследовано влияние различных режимов стерилизации на получение стерильных эксплантов с целью введения в культуру in vitro редкого вида во флоре Белгородской области Astragalus dasyanthus. Авторами показано, что использование ступенчатой стерилизации с применением 0,1%-го раствора нитрата серебра с предварительной обработкой 5%-ным раствором биоцида и 70%-ным раствором спирта дает высокий процент стерильного жизнеспособного растительного материала
