Abstract

В связи с высокой трудоёмкостью изготовления исполнительных поверхностей штамповой оснастки актуальным является выбор стратегии обработки, обеспечивающей снижение времени обработки и увеличение стойкости инструмента. Авторами проведены экспериментальные исследования по отработке базовой и предлагаемой технологий чистовой обработки наклонной фасонной поверхности заготовки из жаропрочного сплава ЖС6-У. В работе дана оценка степени влияния предлагаемой стратегии обработки на износ инструмента и производительность.
