Abstract

В статье сравнивается законодательный процесс в США с российским. Автор отмечает, что, не смотря на большое сходство, между российским и американским законодательным процессом существует ряд принципиальных различий, обусловленных особенностями правовой системы, политикой государства, а также особенностями исторического развития. В работе выявлены и проанализированы основные сходства и различия российского и американского законодательного процесса на всех его этапах, а также рассмотрены отличительные особенности юридической техники, принципиально отличающие правовые акты США от российских.
