Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема трудоустройства граждан с физическими отклонениями, довольно распространенная в Российской Федерации. В данной работе это связывается с неполноценностью законодательства в данной сфере и отсутствия у частных предпринимателей инициативы трудоустраивать инвалидов.
