Abstract

В статье обсуждается правомерность утверждения профессора Л.Т. Дворникова о невозможности одновременного вхождения в контакт нескольких пар зубьев. Работа посвящена исследованию одного из важных показателей эвольвентной зубчатой передачи, связанного с процессом перекрытия зацепления. Эвольвентные зубчатые передачи получили самое широкое распространение в различных областях техники, обеспечивая передачу крутящего момента с постоянным передаточным отношением и допуская некоторые изменения межосевого расстояния между колесами. Авторами отмечено, что понимание процессов, взаимодействия зубьев в разные моменты времени, происходящих в этих передачах при перекрытии зацепления, существенно влияет на качество и надежность работы механизмов и машин.
