Abstract

Установка, представленная в статье, содержит неподвижный цилиндрический экранирующий корпус с приемным патрубком и смотровым окном на крышке, поддон и электродвигатель. Внутри корпуса коаксиально расположен цилиндр из неферромагнитного материала, образуя тороидальный волновод прямоугольного сечения, а также диск-ротор в горизонтальной плоскости. На роторе установлены нижние перфорированные полусферы резонаторных камер, а под крышкой корпуса – верхние полусферы. Благодаря многократному импульсному воздействию ЭМП СВЧ практически полностью сохраняется витаминный комплекс продукта.
