Abstract

Статья посвящена описанию пилотажного исследования компетенций педагогов с разным уровнем гармоничности внутриличностных факторов осуществления жизненных предназначений. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о достоверных различиях выраженности личностных характеристик педагогов, проявляющихся в профессиональной деятельности, а также отличающихся установок и поведенческих реакций по отношению к учащимся в группах педагогов с разным уровнем жизненного самоопределения.
