Цель и задачи антимонопольной политики государства

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена анализу существующих недостатков в системе антимонопольного регулирования в Российской Федерации и разработке предложений по их устранению. В ней отражена актуальность реализации антимонопольной политики России; указаны основные направления деятельности государства в сфере регулирования монополий; освещено историческое развитие борьбы государства с монопольными структурами; указаны основы антимонопольного законодательства; приведена критика ФАС России, подкрепленная релевантными статистическими данными; выявлены основные недостатки существующей практики антимонопольного регулирования и предложены потенциальные пути их преодоления.
