Abstract

Автор данной статьи отмечает, что в последнее десятилетие до забастовок бюрократизация общественной жизни, неэффективность социальных программ, нарушение принципа социальной справедливости деформировали и мораль в сторону развития ее эгалитарных и авторитарных аспектов. На этом фоне негативные экономические и политические процессы в обществе не могли не вызвать возмущения шахтеров. Анализируя причины и результаты шахтерских выступлений, исследователь опирается на материалы текущего архива Конфедерации труда 1991 г.
