Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме подготовки будущих офицеров. В работе рассмотрено понятие «информационно-телекоммуникационное средство», обосновано влияние информационно-телекоммуникационных средств на систему подготовки военных специалистов. Изложены взгляды на перспективы развития данных средств в военных образовательных организациях высшего образования внутренних войск МВД России.
