Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены основные особенности социальной эффективности управления персоналом. Обоснована актуальность исследуемой темы. Отражены показатели оценки социальной эффективности управления персоналом. Перечислены факторы, влияющие на отношение работников к труду. Отмечена тесная взаимосвязь социальной эффективности с экономической эффективностью.
