Оптимизация деятельности администрации образовательного учреждения при переходе к новой модели школы «базовая школа и филиалы» (на примере МБОУ «Часцовская СОШ»)

Abstract

В статье представлен собственный опыт работы по реорганизации учебно-го заведения в ходе процессов оптимизации в системе образования. Проанализированы принятые управленческие и организационные решения, которые способствовали эффективному функционированию образовательной организации, обобщен алгоритм оптимального перехода от базовой школы к новой модели «базовая школа и филиалы», обобщены отличительные особенности функционирования данной модели, выявлены технологии более эффективного управления школы такого вида. Представлены возможности применения данной практики при реорганизации других образовательных учреждений.
