Abstract

В статье рассмотрен вопрос необходимости проведения анализа деятельности предприятий и разработки стратегий развития. Обозначены основные ключевые особенности судостроительной отрасли в России, а также проблемы текущего развития судостроения. Авторами определены возможные перспективные направления развития.
