Геополитическая стратегия И.В. Сталина по управлению национальными окраинами СССР: сущность и истоки

Abstract

In the years of 1939-1940 Stalin decided on a bold geopolitical actions. We are talking about the problem of the territorial growth of the USSR and the Stalinist strategy of management of national margins. For objective study of these actions should address the causes of the separatist processes in the 1920-ies, in the analysis of Stalin and which has shaped its geopolitical strategy.

В 1939–1940 годы И.В. Сталин решился на смелые геополитические действия. Речь идет о проблеме территориального роста СССР и сталинской стратегии управления национальными окраинами. Для объективного изучения этих действий необходимо рассмотреть причины сепаратистских процессов 1920-х годов, при анализе которых Сталин и формировал свою геополитическую стратегию.
